La temporada de premios está por concluir y las nominaciones a los premios de La Academia son siempre sorpresivos y llenos de plot twists, la mañana del martes (24 de enero) se dieron a conocer a través de una transmisión en vivo en Oscar.com y Oscars.org, las nominaciones para la siguiente edición del galardón. En esta ocasión los anfitriones fueron los actores Riz Ahmed y Allison Williams, quienes hicieron del anuncio un momento agradable, con sus sorpresas y decepciones.
La cinta con mayor número de nominaciones fue Everything Everywhere All At Once con un total de 11 categorías, seguida de la comedia negra The Banshees of Inisherin y The Fabelmans, ambas con siete nominaciones.
Los finalistas de las 23 categorías que forman parte de la entrega de premios de La Academia se revelaron en dos partes durante la transmisión que se realizó de mañana. La 95ª entrega de los Premios Óscar se llevará a cabo el próximo 12 de marzo en el Dolby Theatre de Hollywood y será —como cada año— transmitida por televisión.
